USB cable for printer

Last week，Peter bought a HP laptop in Future Shop. In his laptop plan, buying one HP laptop and you can buy another staff by discount. In that time, I found that the discount staff include HP printer and it is good and very cheap. That printer is HP F4280 All in one; it can be a scanner, copier and printer.
At that time Peter only bought the laptop, and now I have lots of file printed, it is necessary to have a printer. Forasmuch I think it is good deal to buy the printer of peter’s laptop plan.
On Sunday, I called peter to help me to buy the printer. Peter was very kind for me; he drove his car and carried me to the Future Shop.
It was very smooth to buy the printer. It costed 42.55$, include environmental handling fee, GT and PT. while I was home I found in this case include the printer set but the USE cable. Oh my God, how do I use the printer without USB cable? After asking the Future Shop, they told me that case did not include USB cable.
I went to the other super market to buy the USB cable, the price was 15.99$ except tax, it was very expensive. It is unbelievable the printer is 42.55$ and the cable is 15.99$ except tax. 15.99$ can buy lots of cables in China, oh why?
I looked for a long time, finally I bought the cable in a dollar store. It is only 3$. Ha, it is so happy that I got the cheap one.
